1. 概述( Description )：

多功能粉碎机广泛应用于制药工业，食品工业，化学工业等领域。
Multi-function crusher is a kind of crusher widely used in pharmaceutical industry ,food industry , chemical industry ,etc… . 

2. 原理( Principle )：

整个系统包括固定锤头组和高速旋转的锤头组，两组锤头都在一个金属网里面，网孔的大小可选，物料从上部的进料口流入，被动锤和定锤破碎，小于筛网孔径的粉末穿过筛网排出，其余大颗粒继续在里面破碎，当锤头旋转的时候，会产生正压，有气流产生，一个额外的除尘器在破碎机的旁边，用来收集从破碎机出来的粉尘。
The whole system include a fixed hammer group and a high speed rotating hammer group , all these two hammer group are inside a net , the net hole size is selectable , material come in from the top inlet and was crushed by rotating hammer and fixed hammer , the powder which size less than net hole can come out , other big granules was continuously crushed by hammer inside the net . when hammer rotating , some pressure and air flow generated , one additional filter beside the crusher for collect the dust from the outlet of crusher .

3、应用范围（ Application Scope ）

适用于需要将原料破碎成粉末，筛网的孔径一般在30目-200目。
It is suitable for the raw materials that need to be crushed into powder , the net size normally in mesh 30 to mesh 200
