1,Use & Features  

◆ As a high efficient mixing equipment , this machine is used for highly uniform mixing of powdery and particle materials in such trades as pharmaceutical , food , chemical , light industry , machinery , electronics , mining and metallurgy , national defense industry and scientific research etc.

◆ Material has no centrifugal force effect, specific gravity segregation, lamination and accumulation during mixing. Each component can be mixed under wide gap of weight proportion, mixing rate reaching up to 99.9%.

◆ Loading coefficiency can reach 80%(40% for normal ones).

◆ With compact structure, driving part of the equipment is stepless controlled, featuring convenient operation. Each part of drum is transited by arc and polished precisely, meeting the GMP requirements.

2,Principles

Mixing barrel is suspended on ends of driving and driven axles through two Y type universal joints that are crossing and vertical to each other in the space. When driving axle is driven to rotate, universal joint makes the barrel perform composite motion including horizontal moving, rotating and turning etc, in the space, by which, materials also performs 3-dimensional motion inside the barrel. Several kinds of materials inside the barrel flow, diffuse, penetrate each other and finally form uniform status.
