SZG series double conical rotary vacuum dryer
1,Principles
SZG Double Conical rotary vacuum dryer is a double conical rotary cylinder, under the vacuum state in the cylinder,steam or hot water is put into the jacket to do the heating .Then the heat will contact the wet raw material through the inner wall of the cylinder, The mois-ture from the evaporated material will be absorbed by the vacuum pump through vacuum exhausting pipes .The rotating of the cylinder makes the raw materials truning over up and down from inner to outer constantly ,Thus the drying speed is fastened and the drying efficiency is improved and the purpose of uniform drying can be achieved.
2,Features
The double conical rotary vacuum dryer is a new type of dryer which can do mixing a nd drying at the same time . The whole set is made up of condenser,vacuum pump and drying device (If the solvent needn't to be recycled, the condenser may not be used) . With advanced design and simple structure , the dryer is easy to clean and operate . The material can be fully discharged . So , It's possible to reduce the labor strength and improve the working environment . Besides , rotating with the cylinder itself at the time, no raw material will be accumulated on the inner wall of the cylinder. As a result , heat-transmitting efficiency is high and the drying speed is high , too . It can not only save energy , but also make the material dried uniformly and fully with a high quality,So this dryer can be widely used in phamaceutical industry,chemical industry,foodstuff, dyestuff, etc .It's in conformity with the requirements of "GMP".
3,Applications
This machine is suitable for the vacuum mixing and drying of powder or granule raw materials in pharmaceutical industry, Chemical industry, food industry, etc,especially for the following materials:
◆ Themal sensitive raw materials that can not stand high temperature.
◆ Materials with solvent and dangerous gases to be collected.
◆ Materials that are dangerous and easy to oxidize.
◆ Materials that require low content of volatile residual.
◆ Materials that have special requirements for crystal shape.
