2.The working principle
The coulter-type mixer is a single-shaft forced stirring equipment. The main shaft is equipped with multiple sets of coulter-type stirrers, and the dislocation is continuously installed. The structure avoids the stirring dead angle, and during operation, there is an uninterrupted vortex centrifugal. Force, misaligned coulters continue to stir, vortex centrifugal material flow constantly overlap, break loose, causing the material to boil, parallel flow into the circulation, rapid mixing of materials. Agglomerated materials such as fibers or damp aggregates and liquids with agglomerated powders, through the high-speed flying knife installed in the coulter mixer, combined with the convective circulation effect produced by the coulter stirrer when stirring the material, and the conglomeration The material is broken up and separated. The high-speed flying knife is installed at a downward angle of 45 degrees on the side of the coulter mixer tube, and the cutter head extends into the cylinder. During agitation, the material is driven by the coulter to the effective range of the flying knife, and the flying knife is cut at a high speed.
